In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with Kids Kandy service, we offer the following returns policy.
- Any cancellations must be made prior to dispatch of order, if you have placed an order before 11am and wish to cancel you have until 12pm the same day. If you placed the order after 11am you have two hours from time of order to cancel. Otherwise you will be charged for the whole order and responsible for the cost of returning goods.
- If we have made any errors with you order, we must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving your delivery.
- If for any reason you change your mind or no longer require the goods, then you will be responsible for returning the parcel at your cost. We recommend using a traceable service as we will not be held responsible for goods in transit.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any circumstances out of our control. We cannot accept goods that have been opened or tampered with. Any items specially requested or personally made cannot be refunded.
We will issue refunds from the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
